Fulfillment & Refund Policy

1. Product Delivery
Smart Evo Helper is delivered digitally. After payment confirmation, subscription access is applied to your Smart Evo Helper account and the Windows installer is available from the Download section or support channel.
2. Access Terms
Current access terms are provided through checkout, account communication, or support.
3. Activation Timing
Automated subscriptions are normally activated after PayPal confirms payment. During beta or manual review periods, activation may require support confirmation.
4. Cancellation
Access and cancellation terms are provided during account communication. You can request cancellation help by contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current access period.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If the software cannot be activated or a duplicate payment occurs, contact support within three days of purchase with your account email and PayPal transaction details.
